Updates coming!


Qbots progress have slowed down for few days, but don't worry, new improvements coming very very soon!
This is a list of new bugfixes and features since the 0.8.0 version of QBots available on liluo and on itch:

+Enemies now can appear on more than 9 fields in front of player(13) giving more natural view of the playfield
+Enemies have death animation( there is one little bug to be fixed with it, noticable sometimes if you move before the death animation finishes)
+Enemies now leave corpses when they die that persist.
(implementing that actually proved possible to add new level elements without baking too much graphics)
+Qube now has a ceiling instead of blackness
+Collecting JudyParts now works flawlessly (you collect parts in order, they are shown correctly and you can fuse them one by one)
+The Punches aim higher, no more illegal moves :)
+Two punches right and left hand, soon there will be uppercut
+Punches generally get a little feel improvements now
+Player Block move half-implemented
+Enemies DO NOT WALK INTO WALLS ANYMORE!
(Great help from H0ndred, Silver-Streak and xxshmedium)
+Level improvements (some proper dungeon crawling finally going on)

I neglected:
-enemy attacking and blocking
-enemy ai chasing the player
-Intro and Outro to the story
-final level boss
-Combat mechanics

Considering:
+ Adding holes as traps (yso you will not traverse blindly looking only on the map)
+ making player not able to move while looking at the map
+adding crystal potions/crystal hearts to rejuvenate player
+adding timed powerup (sth like quad damage)
+how about destructing and building walls by the player?
(that's actually very easy to implement)
+Adding digital Sword/ Laser Gun/Energy Magic as a weapon powerup
+Adding enemies of higher tier, with the same tileset but different color
(I would love to make another 3D models but I want this game to be as light as possible)
+Some Randomization in Enemies, difficulty, Levels design, nuymber of levels, enemy behaviour
(Something like left 4 dead has random events happening and random useful gadgets locations)
